The quality of this hair is so much higher than expected. I ordered the 3b-3c drawstring ponytail. The pattern is incredibly natural - it does not have that "processed curly" look. Out of the package, I simply conditioned and air-dried it, and the curls were very soft, fluffy, bouncy, and natural looking. I ordered the 14" but decided I wanted it shorter, so I cut off 3 inches and the ringlets on the ends are still popping! It feels and performs like my own natural hair. I straightened a section to see if the curl would return, and it did. Just as beautiful as before. Very low maintenance hair that is worth every penny. Thanks, Better Length!

Love this product sooo much!! The hair matches my 4b flawlessly, no tangles no matter much I shake and fluff it. Great definition with just water and conditioner, highly recommended!!

I love it , people think it’s my really hair. My only concern was the drawstring not being tight enough. I sometimes fear my ponytail will get snatched off 😂😂
