When I received my hair from betterlength I was excited. It is nice, soft, hair that didn't smell. I am also impressed with their customer service. They go above and beyond to help a customer. Will buy from this seller again!

Purchased the hair on Saturday and it arrived on a Tuesday. Fast shipping and arrived beautifully packaged. The hair did not have a smell nor was there any damage to the hair or package. The hair is very soft and I’ve had it installed for about a week and I can already tell this is some good quality hair. I’ve gotten loads of compliments and people think it’s growing out my scalp.
