This pretty nostalgic natural hair tutorial will show you how to achieve this Penny Proud inspired ponytails with BetterLength extensions.

The hair she used in this tutorial is BetterLength 20″ Afro Kinky Curly clip ins.

Step One

Go ahead and begin to part your hair with a little comb, make sure you’re using a sharp comb that way the part is as straight as possible.

Step Two

Once you’re done parting,  just go ahead and grab a ponytail holder and secure this side off.

Step Three

Putting the gel on the edges of your hair, put a decent amount so that it looks like and then you’re going to take the brush and brush everything into place, then go to take your pointer holders and secure your ponytail. If you find that your ponytail was not tight enough just take a bobby pin and secure it on your hair so that it looks tight and no one ever knows that you suck it on pills.

Step Four

Go to take your clip in and secure the first clip, clip this onto your ponytail.

Step Five

Take a string and wrap it around so that the wefts’ band is covered. Take one more rubber band and secure that a little piece so that everything is nice and tight,

Step Six

After now go to start making your little balls and go to squeeze the hair together and use another rubber and section it off.

So the left side is done and  go ahead and move on to the right.
