For the cold weather, here is a protective style tutorial for you. We will show you how to do a Rihanna inspired loose high ponytail on short 4c natural hair with clip-ins. This hairstyle is perfect for Fall and Winter.

The hair used in this tutorial is BetterLength 16″ Kinky Coarse clip ins.

Step One

Take some water in a spray bottle with some oil in it as well, and just kind of spray that all over your hand.

Step Two

Try and squeeze your hair into a high ponytail or a bun however you want to put it.

Licking your hair back with some eco styler gel

Step Three

Take your double-sided brush and just kind of smooth all your flyaways down.

Step Four

Wrapping your hair up for 15 to 20 minutes

It’s the next day, just took your scarf off and go to take some clip ins.

Step Five

Put 4 to 5 clip ins around ponytail or bun.

Step Six

Now take your curling wand and do some loose curls.

Step Seven

Pull the curls apart.
