So we apologize that all the orders placed between Jan 22nd and Jan 28th Jan 31st cannot be started to process until Feb 9th. As our sincere apologies for this delay, we also extended the special sale to this week Friday, Jan 31st. You can SAVE 10% on any hair, no code needed and can be used during this special offer.

All the orders will be processed according the shipping method you chose and also the date you made the purchase.

NO Express Shipping Option at present. If you choose Express Shipping, we will start process your order on Wednesday, Jan 29th Saturday, Feb 1st.For Express Shipping, it takes about 2-3 business days for the delivery after it shipped out.

If you choose Regular Shipping, we will start process your order on Wednesday, Feb 5th Feb 9th.For Regular Shipping, it takes about 6-9 business days for the delivery after it shipped out.

If you want to get your order sooner, please don’t forget to choose express shipping and place the order as earlier as you can.

BTW, all the processing time of customized orders can be customized after Feb 10th.
And all the return/exchange inquiry will be processed after Feb 10th.
