Exchange Policy

May I exchange my order?

We understand picking the right color and hair texture might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.Our Clip in hair extensions will be tied by golden elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. Our U-part wig has tape at "U" shape area which do not allow to cut if you want return/exchange. Since human hair extensions are hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients

How can I exchange my clip in hair extensions?

a.
You can contact with us(service@betterlength.com) within 15 days after you received the item.
b.
After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.
c.
We will not charge the restocking fee (Customized Product Excluded, Customized products will charge a 10% restock fee), but you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs, which is $20.
d.
If you want to exchange a different item, please let us know, because you may need to pay the price difference. Please note that No Coupon Codes can be used on price difference.
e.
We will send you the new clip in hair extensions, after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extensions were not be opened, altered and undamaged.


Return Policy

May I return my order?

Although we have very low return rates and we are so proud of our high quality hair extensions that we offer, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Please note that our Clip in hair extensions will be tied by golden elastic which identifies if the extensions have been taken out. Since human hair extensions are hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

How can I return my clip in hair extensions?

a.
You can contact with us(service@betterlength.com) within 15 days after you received the item.
b.
After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.
c.
We will not charge the restocking fee (Customized Product Excluded, Customized products will charge a 10% restock fee), but you are responsible for all return shipping costs, which is $20 .
d.
The refund deducted $20 shipping fee will be issued to your original payment method after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned extensions were not be opened, altered and undamaged.
