They kindly advised me that if I simply wanted to try straight hair, I could straighten it myself without needing to make another purchase. Betterlength's seamless clip ins are seriously top-notch! I had my doubts when I asked customer service if I could dye the hair myself before buying. But let me tell you, when I cautiously dyed it after receiving the package, all my worries were for nothing!
